1099 Hub is a business management platform designed for independent healthcare professionals, including CRNAs, APRNs, and physicians. It provides tools to track shifts, mileage, invoices, expenses, and more.

3. User Responsibility for Data and Calculations

You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of all information entered into the App, including but not limited to shift details, mileage, expenses, and invoices. 1099 Hub is not responsible for any errors, miscalculations, omissions, or damages resulting from inaccurate information input by the user or from reliance on App-generated calculations or reports.

We recommend consulting a certified accountant, tax professional, or legal advisor for professional guidance.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the App or use it for any illegal, unauthorized, or unethical purposes. You further agree not to interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App or related systems.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality in the App are owned by 1099 Hub and protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for its intended purposes.

6. Marketing and Communications

By providing your personal and business information through the App, you agree that 1099 Hub may use your contact information to send you marketing communications, promotions, product updates, and service announcements. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time through the unsubscribe link provided.

7. Third-Party Services

The App may contain links to third-party services. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for these services or their content, policies, or practices.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 1099 Hub disclaims all warranties, express or implied. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the App.

9. iOS and Android Terms Compliance

You acknowledge that these Terms apply to both iOS and Android versions of the App and that Apple and Google are not responsible for the App or its content. This agreement is between you and 1099 Hub, not with Apple or Google.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for any violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted in the App or on our website with a revised effective date.
